I feel like I'm missing something here. The answer says that "if the king flees, the queen will finish the job". However, I don't see any move for the queen that would cause a checkmate if the king flees, making the mate in 2 only happen if a bad move is made.
Qa5 or Qb4 finishes the job. The bishop guards the white diagonal that the King can only cross through one space, which the Queen will cover through a perpendicular diagonal line.
