I could see the argument that the Genii technically share a common ancestor with the Ancients like the Ori do, but I don't see the connection between the Replicators and the Ancients.
There were replicators that the Andromeda ancients created, but as far as I know there's no link between them and the ones from the Milky Way.
Its possible that Reese was either an Andromeda replicator that found its way to the Milky Way, was created by one of the Ancients who returned through the Stargate, or was based on plans from those... but there was never any explicit explanation stating that as far as I know.
And if we're going with tertiary results of Ancient machinations, technically all of them gained a foothold in some form or another because of them.
Genii are descended from the people transplanted by Atlanteans
Wraith came from feeding on those transplants
Goa'uld gained dominance from using ancient technology
Replicators is fuzzy, but any of my above explanations could be true
Ori technically we're distinct, but are at least related to Ancients
Reese was developed by an unknown scientist in the Milky Way, the replicators in Pegasus are Asuran.
Reese could create the bigger blocks into the standard replicators shown in the image above, but she wasn't a human form replicator; she was shot and killed. The replicators then absorbed enough technology to evolve into human form replicators like Fifth.
Pegasus galaxy replicators were made only as human form replicators by the Lanteans as all the blocks were nanite-based nanomorphs.

Technically, three of these are really just "the ancients."

Three?

Ori, replicators, themselves.

And Ancients are themselves.
But thats only if you really want to dig into it.

Wait, the 2 replicators aren't related?

Nah it's just a coincidence.

There are no spider type mechanical replicators at all in the Atlantis ones. They're just regular nanomachine android.

And responsible for Wraith as well, kinda.

Missing senator Kinsey. I think he’s the one that’s most infuriating.

Just needs a big fat "BUREAUCRACY"

To be fair, it would be way worse if they didn't fuck off.

I really wish you never survived for longer so that we could have some dope new additions to the list.
