I already own this (and its sequels) and I like it, even with it's flaws. But in order to enjoy the game for what it is, you need to understand and accept that the protagonist, Rufus, is a huge piece of selfish shit. He isn't evil, he's just a dickhead.
If that's not to your liking, I totally understand and would not recommend this. If you like absurd humor and seeing some naive jackass basically ruin lives, give it a shot or watch a playthrough on YouTube.
