There's a video of the incident by a planespotter which shows the aircraft suffering a tailstrike and kicking up a huge cloud of dirt after it overran the runway due to taking off too late.

That means the plane should have lifted up earlier, correct? So it can be either a malfunction or human error?

Yes. It failed to rotate before it ran off the runway. Could be human error or a malfunction, I'm sure the investigators will figure out which.
