What are you looking for in a massage? NSFW

I’d like to get better at giving massages.

One of my favorite guys (has a key for CNC purposes) came in this morning and had me rub his back and feet after he was finished using me. He showed me some videos but I don’t really understand the process. It’s not something that I enjoy receiving so I don’t really understand what feels good.

If this is for post sexual recovery, be that part of your kinks and/or his, look into fluid release massage.

It's more properly called lymphatic drainage massage, but not only is it casually called fluid release, it's too good of an entendre to pass up.

But the point is that ot stimulates (at least in theory) the movement of lymph through the body, relaxes stuff (fascia, muscles, connective tissues, etc), and just plain feels good. The reason I'm pointing to that style rather than any other is that it's the easiest on the hands, and is simple enough to learn in a day. Well enough anyway.

The nickel lesson version is that you use gentle pressure from the head down to the neck, from hands to shoulders, feet to groin, then chest and back to waist. You don't knead the way most people think of massage, you just apply mild pressure and move your palms and fingers along the lines of muscles without digging in at all. Using a lubricant is helpful with hairy areas, but isn't mandatory as you shouldn't be using enough pressure to cause discomfort by tugging on hairs.

There are medical reasons to avoid any massage, and those apply to this methodology. But if he's already requesting a massage, then it should be fine. Just be aware that if anyone else wants one, make sure they're healthy. You really don't want to knock a clot loose or anything.

But! It has the side benefit that because it's a light touch, it can be adjusted to feel sensual/sexual rather than just pleasant. That's just a matter of using a different kind of touch on erogenous zones, but that's a bigger topic than a comment has space for

You may just be up a creek with no paddle if you really don't enjoy getting a massage. I think I'm the designated masseuse in my circle, and it's definitely because I like getting them just as much as giving them. Knowing what feels good lets me repeat the action for another.

Have you ever gone to a 'professional' to get one? You could just take mental notes and copy what they do. Generally you could also learn pressure and movements by having the person you're massaging give very specific feedback as you trial and error different stuff.
