I don't think so, but I'm not 100% sure, because some times the numbers are updated late because they need to be verified first.
But from what I've been able to figure they seem to not be included.
Although Ukraine lack in missile defenses, they are not entirely without defense, they are only entirely without defense for the fastest Russian missiles that are near hypersonic.
All these resources that could've just been used to enrich the lives of both countries. Russian citizens need to roll the heads of their leadership wasting so much life and money over greed, corruption, and ego.
