Hi, Picard. Per Rule 4, you're supposed to either credit the original artist or at least attempt to determine who they are and disclaim as much if you can't.
The signature is illegible and therefore does not properly identify the artist to most people.
I used to work in an Italian restaurant. You had to get the calamari out quickly because everyone would pick at the plate on their way through the kitchen.
