No-skill art using what amounts to dot matrix characters. Do it with a standard keyboard’s character set and then we’ll talk.

It's just converted* pixel art. And pixel art is art too.

* Unfortunately some fonts like Android's Roboto always left-align the blocks so ones with the blank left column get shifted (as seen in the image), plus many converters avoid the blank Braille pattern because it is often the incorrect width.

Yes, one would need to use "standard keyboard" symbols to call this ASCII art.
