It's from the onion but they've been struggling lately. Good parody is based on the truth and shit has been so insane lately that sometimes they're just a future news outlet instead of a satirical one.
Oh yeah, I probably should've put the link in, I'll put it up there now. It's from the Onion and the artist is satirizing conservative cartoonists, although I'm not sure if he took the specific drawing style from anyone in particular.
