We strongly recommend against buying Pixel 11 devices. Pixel 8, 9 and 10 have much better overall security for GrapheneOS. Pixel 10 is cheaper with similar hardware and MTE. Pixel 11's Titan M3 should improve BFU security for users without a strong passphrase, but losing MTE craters AFU security.

Modern mobile device OS' are more resilient to attacks if they had been rebooted but haven't been logged onto yet (before first unlock). GrapheneOS leverages MTE in a way that secures the device even after the first unlock (but with the device on the lock screen). This means that while the new Pixel 11 phones improve the phone's security when it hasn't been in recent use it reduces security while it is in use.
TLDR: new phone has weaker security on lock screen
It really sounds like everything that utilizes AI has to feign value. We're probably going to see a race to the bottom where everything is cheap crap where even the leading producers have less value in terms of quality.

I think the argument is that at this point the use of AI has been found to be more useful for tasks that's managers and bosses perform than more technical tasks that would be assigned to employees underneath them. And if those managers were replaced by AI then you would have a tireless manager overseeing workers doing more difficult work that do tire out but are expected to keep up with demands from the management.
I don't agree with that. The centrists that remain "neutral" don't see there being any political issues, just a president that is controversial whose policy they may not agree with but they'd rather keep their personal connections and appeal to "both sides." Thus, they hear deception from the right, believe it as truth, and the tug of war continues because they lack critical thinking to determine it as a lie or a spine to refute it.
Your last sentence sounds ignorant. Of course there's no negotiating compromise when all the right is offering is harm at this point.
Edit: Oh, I read the first portion as the centrists but you were talking about progressives. It's probably some shame for those that didn't vote but I think it's more about mental health and coming to terms that the system doesn't balance itself. Too many were complacent with what we had and recent events are quite the wake-up call.
Everything related to the welfare of others is dogmatically condemned as unfair and evil by the political right, while also continuing with US tradition of shooting down anything with the label of socialism. Centrists can't tell what's up from down and blindly accept that those policies were unfair or unnecessary. Meanwhile, informed social progressives have either moved further left or buried their heads to survive the sheer amount of propaganda that their out of touch centrist colleagues are repeating.
Everyone is exhausted except for the alt-right; who also are loving the oppression and lies that the current federal government dealing out. The media is completely captured by tech oligarchs and perpetuates the propaganda by framing it as the only way to think.
It's not hard to see why things are the way they are given that its a coin toss between people who follow whatever source of truth is easiest and those who are invested in finding their flavor of truth.
I generally agree with you, however your argument does add some subjectivity to the maybe and no sections. I'd add that while not every situation can accommodate a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, in 2026 the vast majority of people have the capability to change to a non-meat diet without any detriment to their health or lifestyle besides social ostracism of unaccepting peers depending on where they live.
