I am inclined to agree with Hamilton, but I dont think he would have been able to have opened enough of a gap to jump ahead of Russell when pitting. Charles only slowed him down for a lap at most. What screwed Hamilton was the VSC at the end.

Team orders fucking suck. Why race when you don't race against each other?
One half of the teams let's the other half pass anyway without fighting, constant team orders reduce the racing even more and all those overtake helpers make the remaining overtakes worthless. At this point they should just parade around the track for ten laps and call it a day.

They are teams for a reason, nothing wrong with orders between two drivers of the same team. I agree on the despiteful 2nd team dynamics like Red Bull - Racing Bulls, as they make a team of 4 cars with 1 subordinate
