It's several paragraphs of slop that could have been ... a tweet. The point they're making is a good one, it's disappointing that they couldn't even be bothered to type 140 characters.

I think the take is an interesting one, but not completely correct.

This already started with the shift from public forums to private chats that's also happening and will have the same effect.
