I misread your comment (and didn't see the community name initially) and was about to post you a video on the materials science of insulators in the context of electronic component design. That instead would be dielectric marterialism.
I suppose Marx and Engels, were they alive today, might have an opinion on Dialectical Materialism as it relates to the modern industry of dielectric marterialism.
