It's the stressless. Not sure which variant. There are several, and I got mine used.

Almost everyone in Norway and their grandmother has one. Super comfortable and great build quality. Do recommend.

Yup. It's a Charles-Eames chair. There are several vendors besides the overpriced Herman Miller. Good luck!
