Using the occasion, I will advise you trying zazen. Or at least learning a bit about Zen Buddhism practice.

Handbook of authentic Buddhism by Gudo Nishijima is a comprehensive, modern, almost scientifically backed guide into Zen tradition and contains practical instructions how to zazen.

Alternatively, Don't be a Jerk and Other Practical Advice from Dogen, Japan's Greatest Zen Master: A Radical but Reverent Paraphrasing of Dogen's Treasury of the True Dharma Eye by Brad Warner is a more Western reader aligned interpretation.

Now go sit. Zazen is good for nothing after all.
