Percentage of age group 60-80 is only 17.1% in Munich.
(Compared to e.g. 19.4% in Berlin, 19.2% in Köln or 24.5% in Chemnitz)

Whatever their issue is in Munich, I am afraid it does not correlate specifically with the amount of Boomer inhabitants...
