Like if you're trying to get healthier good for you, but stop making it everyone else's problem 💀
Specially because they become moody and don't like seeing you eat. What do you want me to do? To get on a diet too so you don't get cravings?
What infuriates me the most is this could be completely avoided if they did the diet correctly instead of just starving themselves. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way you need to lower the calories you're consuming, you don't need to eat less. You can actually eat more and lose weight by just reducing the calories in each meal.
But of course not, they prefer to skip meals and then the next time they eat something they consume too much so skipping the meal was for nothing.

Also skipping meals makes your body go into starvation mode and lowers your metabolism. You may actually gain weight by doing that even if total calories are same.

If you don't eat regularly your body stores more fat. Eating three meals a day us healthier than eating one large one. Eating every other day is even worse. Same idea that you should drink when thirsty and not just drink 8 glasses of water in a row when you wake you up and stop till the next morning.

Your body isn't storing more fat at a calorie deficit. Sure, if you eat all your calories at once, a lot of that will be converted to fat if your body doesn't have an immediate use for it, but you're going to burn more fat than you gained overall as long as you are consuming less energy than your body needs on a daily basis.
Losing weight is literally a physics problem. You need to just eat less than your body needs and the fat will come off. You just need to make sure you're having a reasonable amount of protein so your body isn't cannibalizing your muscles

The flip side to this is when your friends get upset at you for ordering the soup because you aren't very hungry, even if you are content yourself with it.
Does this person know about the wondrous filling effects of fiber?
