How's he feel about the Bible's teachings with regard to interest on loans?

From Leviticus 25

35 ‘If one of your brethren becomes poor,...then you shall help him... 36 Take no usury or interest from him... 37 You shall not lend him your money for usury, nor lend him your food at a profit.

Or are we just cherry picking again?

Look..its obvious I didn't mean those parts... Everyone knows I only meant the parts that benefit me!

You, eh, know that the prohibition of taking usury from loans only applies to loans given to fellow Israelites (“brothers”), right?

Like the slavery restrictions prohibiting keeping slaves that are fellow Israelites, this doesn’t ban usury entirely- it bans exploiting fellow Israelites. (Because they’re for god to exploit the shit out of….)

If a rich man has more of a chance to pass through the eye of a needle than to enter the kingdom of god, we better start taxing billionaires in order to save them

I have multiple copies. Including one copy of the biblia hebraica and the Septuagint.

The reason I’m not a Christian is because I read them.
