Was 2019's "LEGO One Piece: The Video Game" real?

Long shot, but was 2019's "LEGO One Piece: The Video Game" real?

There are a few wiki's that discuss it, but there are zero used copies and lists of One Piece video games do not mention it.

One of three wiki's is at https://onepiecefanon.fandom.com/wiki/LEGO_One_Piece:_The_Video_Game

The developer's website does not list it: https://www.ttgames.com/games

One list of One Piece video games is at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_One_Piece_video_games

It appears this game was entirely made up. Does anyone know differently?

The only two wikis I checked that mention it are both fanon wikis, which are wikis created for content that's not official/"real" and they usually say that on the main page. Checking out the wiki you linked, the wiki main page starts with

The One Piece Fanon Wiki began 29 July, 2008. Suggested by Yung Wun, the fanon was created with the intention of "sharing fun fan-made characters for others to critique in order to create realistic fanon One Piece characters."

Ugh! Thank you.

I have always read the "not official" as a "don't sue us", not a "we make shit up".
