I did work at a Pepsi factory installing product for their warehouse; this is close to a truth lol.
One of my coworkers brought a coke product in their lunch and was drinking it in the break room. Someone from upper management came in and saw and it became a whole issue.
They probably would have been less angry if he had been doing lines in there.
My uncle has a high position first at coke and then switched to Pepsi and he had in his contact that he could not drink products from the competition in public. It was a hassle to find restaurants because we had to call ahead and ask what they served. If there was no option we had to request the drinks to be served in glasses and don't have any cans or bottles on the table
