Governments are refusing cash on the basis of cost. Penny-pinching is the excuse for violating your human right to autonomy. There is a fix

Train operators are making the same excuse that state and local govs are -- that cash payers cost them money. Yet kiosks exist. The city of Concord shows that machines can do the cash collection job. No need to hire a human -- although we could also talk about the detriment of elminating jobs. But either way, they have no excuse for infringing on our human right to autonomy (to be free from forced-banking).
