The Mind Warp Pavilion returns for annual Bowie celebration

Anybody been to this in previous years?

I'm a bit of a fan of Bowie's so I'm interested, but I don't really understand what it's meant to be. Is it a series of tribute acts one after another? Or some kind of segmented tent with micro-shows happening simultaneously?
