Requires using eggs and only allows for dairy milks.. The two things I was most excited to see recipes without. Damn shame.
edit: oh I see, you have to go into the "heart" tab and enable "expert" mode for it to not force egg or large egg. still pretty shitty.

I cannot! Not if I deselect all the dairy options first. It forces either an egg or a large egg, saying "needed to keep the batter workable"
