Given Trump's predilection to trying to elevate himself by putting his name on things combined with his narcissistic reaction to Lincoln being universally acknowledged as one of the greatest presidents, it's not surprising that Trump would allow something named after Lincoln to be in this states.
Caveat - I don't know how long this ship has been in this state, looks like it has to have been at least since before Trump's current term started.
