The joke doesn't make any sense because the set up is missing.

In the TF2 video, the set up is that teleporting bread causes the bread to turn into monster bread.

Here is the original TF2 video, I have set it to start at the relevant part if you don't want to watch the whole thing.

I love it! Good thing they had the danger bomb or that situation might have gotten out of control!
