Both in Germany and in Finland, they have perverted the concept of the discounter. They spend more and more money on advertising (and packaging), while the price/quality ratio of their products is as shitty as ever.
I have to admit I haven't quite made up my mind about Wero. But I do recognize that we desperately need a fully European alternative to VISA/Mastercard etc.

I don't like Lidl.

My wife used to have a bunny. Like many bunnies it really loved carrots. Until my wife bought some from Lidl. The bunny wouldn't even touch those.

I think Lidl has reasonable quality products for their prices. It is still a discount grocery store.
