Absolutely. I do think it is what is happening though. He is a bully bitch, and the most poor me population in the world elected him because they got life on easy and still felt hard done by.
So the US has the power to unilaterally take command of SK's military, but it looks like they'll never have to if they're willing to be cannon fodder on the other side of the planet.
