I eat the keto bread and tortillas. The bread doesn't toast as nice as traditional bread, but less calories and higher in fiber. I'm not keto, just the bread and tortillas are.
It's not the calories you need to be worried about anyway it's the carbs, feel free to go eat full fat yoghurt and eat lots of fancy cheese and have a stake, there's no point denying yourself that, just keep the bread and potato to a minimum and that's a pretty good diet.
If humans disappeared one day grain would be extinct within a year, it has no ability to set seed on its own it needs humans to harvest it to grow the next generation.
