I dunno why those instructions say to not use the foot, I did and it worked fine.
But anyway, I found these to be much more comfortable and comparable to how having boobs would feel as opposed to rolled up socks.

You could get pretty far with that. Just pad the rice sock with putting a thick, soft sock on top of it, and then you got the fatty padding which hides the texture as well, without having to have thick bras. It would also keep its form better, so you might get some bouncy effects to work?

Ohhh no I’m not using rolled socks, they’re actually just folded in half (they’re ankle socks) so they’re pretty close to the size and shape of a normal bra pad

ooh fun! masc clothes can be quite rewarding when pulled off right.
prior to HRT we did something similar. in our situation we used water balloons; our rationale was that when drawing boobs (in three dimensions), we imagined them sorta as water balloons, so we simply applied the concept in real life! it worked very very well.
just having something there is so great though. glad to see you smiling <3

I had breast forms at one point. Was amazing for fits but the sweat from my skin not being able to breathe 🤢
