Many social media posts of Australian politics don't even originate in Australia and could be sponsored by literally anyone and are completely unchecked and unregulated. Foreign owned social media is a tool of political and economic destabilization.

A healthy, broadly educated population, which feels safe and secure, is incompatible with, and toxic to, conservative and authoritarian ideologies.
