If you are willing to provide the area/industry you are interested, we maybe able to direct you better. I don't know of any (general or specific) communities off the top of my head, but there was just a post about getting ideas for new communities.
Assuming there is not already a community that fits your purposes, can you provide some more details on what you want to get out of community? "Help and networking" is a bit vague to work with.
Additionally, would you be interested in starting and modding such a community? No pressure/expectation either way, just gathering potentially useful information.
