First sourdough after a few years. Got out a bit flatter than i wanted but tasted great non the less.
Made from whole wheat flower or whole grain or how ever you say this in English. We have a difference between the super fine white stuff and the less ground , which is this :-)

We call that a pancake in our house 😆.
It looks like you didn't score it?

Well I'd give it a 9 on color and an 8 on style, but it loses points because it didn't rise up enough.

Haha yeah it went a bit flat in the pan. I think it was missing tension. It proved but sideways 😅

Still looks delicious. You could make a great mufuletta with bread like that.

If it doesn't work as bread, dense doorstop bread makes great bread crumbs.
And I think the first go after a long rest never rises well, the starter will be more robust next time and your hands will remember how to shape it
Beautiful color.

All whole wheat flour is whole grain flour but not the other way around. Grain can also refer to barley for instance.

Been there, done that -- sure looks tasty!
