Requesting general social boundary of non-violence. Requesting permission to study & practice Buddhism. Requesting ability to ask for help when in overwhelming pain. Requesting permission to ask for food or to forage from garbages for food. Requesting tolerance in asking for these permissions.

I don't have an unforced method for requisites for basic things like food & shelter. I'm associating things like eating, sleeping, praying, resting, or using the bathroom with people becoming upset or angry. I'm used to violence, gaslighting, & anger. People often don't tolerate me bringing up these issues. I've been yet unsuccessful migrating to a different realm in the Buddhist cosmology; my requests to migrate get denied : (.
