I still don't get it, What is the first image, that looks like a garlic press? And the relevance of the icecream, and the two scoop ice cream cone? Sorry, not trolling, I really don't get it.

It looks like a normal ice cream scoop, but square. The connotation is that you can use it to make building-shaped scoops of ice cream to put on the twin-scoop cone to make twin towers. Not sure how a square scoop would actually work, though. The round ones work by having a thin metal strip scrape the inside of the spoon to dislodge the ice cream when you squeeze the lever on the handle, but I can't imagine a shape with corners would be able to use such a mechanism.
