My coffee stuff

The french press is my daily, this size is only for one cup. I usually use the V60 when I'm home in the afternoon.

I guess the next step is a gooseneck kettle for the V60, right now I'm just extremely cautious with a regular one.

My only nitpick with my grinder is that I'd love to have an indication of how many revolution I've set it to, but I've taken the habit of always setting it back to the same value so it's not that big of a deal.

This is almost exactly 2/3 of my setup but I throw in an Aeropress as well. Also a 1Zpresso grinder.
I have an Oxo temp-controlled gooseneck which has been working well for me for years. I've had to do some maintenance by spraying contact cleaner in there, but IME all electric kettles develop issues with dead spots.

Which grinder is that? Looks like an 1ZPresso but I don’t know all their models.

If you’re looking for a gooseneck kettle, I’m not sure what your budget is but I own the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro and it’s fantastic. My dad owns Cuisinart’s temp controlled gooseneck and I’ve used it before, it’s pretty decent too for less than half the price. I’ve also heard very good things about the Hario Buono and Timemore Fish but I don’t have any experience with either.

Thanks for the recommendations ! We also drink a lot of tea at home so temperature control is a must

Yes it's a X-ultra grinder from 1ZPresso

If you’re serious about it, I’d definitely say to go for the Fellow. It’s a really excellent kettle, but a touch pricey. You may be able to get it on sale though, I know I did.

It’s very precise, set to half a degree, you can even tell it your elevation above sea level and it’ll adjust boil temp too. It also has smart capabilities to connect to your phone but I’ve never messed with that before. Seems more like a gimmick to me.
