Sure, but there's a difference between Donaldland and some guys in their basement writing a spec. The people do not necessarily support the government.
It makes more sense to keep the money from companies than free software developers.
I agree Qt is a language. C+++. It own preprocessor before the C/C++ preprocessor. Unless that has gone now..... been a while since I was made to do Qt.
