I agree. The people as represented by this and so many votes, suck. We have, very democratically, assembled the very fascist machine that is killing us and ironically the democracy itself.

The point I’m making is that those fascist have been allowed to fester because the “opposition” party hasn’t actually operated as opposition.

And I agree completely. But I think many assign the blame primarily to a weak opposition, which while true gives a tacit pass to the real evil driving the ship aground.
