Whats the best book on asking good/better questions?

It wouldn't hurt to read:
Terry Pratchett, Ian Stewart and Jack Cohen The Science of Discworld
and
Asimov: The Tragedy of the Moon.
I believe it is a fun way to introduce new concepts.
