That's not really what a "false flag" means.
It's when someone (or country) pretends to be the opposing side and does something negative to their own side (i.e. flying the enemy's flag and attacking one's own ship) to justify "retaliatory" action.

In some parts of UK a 'trump' is a fart (its not related to Donald Trump, thats what the word has always meant).
Its kind of perfect when you think about it.
