I read the description and though the Mac and cheese was in the sandwich and was absurdly excited to see how that worked!

When I described my idea for dinner to my wife she also thought I meant the mac and cheese was in the sandwich and didn't think it would work. So you are not alone.
It does exist though. But a search for one will return page after page of AI slop. For best results use a soft bread, let it cool for a bit and use shells, not elbows.

One delivery service near me has these crazy battered and fried mac n cheese balls. Sounds weird, and it is, but also kinda delicious. lots of carbs tho.

I had barbecue sauce today for the first time in ages, added to some roasted chicken. It was a lot better than I remember, if a little sugary. I'd previously looked around my local grocer for dry-rub barbecue spice mix, but couldn't find it. My idea is to do up a salmon filet in the AF with the rub.
Guess I'll have to look up mixes and create my own.

I used just enough to offer some flavor without adding too much sweetness. If you have brown sugar and decent spice cabinet a dry rub is pretty easy to mix up on the fly.

I figured when I couldn't see the turkey anymore that I had found the right amount of red onion. I see now that I was wrong.
