First the bacteria from from the frogs that literally ate cancer sells, and now this. Are we so close to healing cancer completely?

Cancer is not one, but hundreds of different diseases, it's incredibly unlikely that there's a one size fits all cure that leaves the patient alive.

We're heading in the right direction though, every discovery like this will lead to less people dying
