we had pizza hut :) I'm surprised how well it stayed on lol, I had like 10 mins before I had to leave and it was an ugly morning for me, so I just did primer, concealer and eyeliner and boom it worked!

cis white male here (boooo hisssss) but honestly I've done twelves for the last twenty odd years and I'm really starting to like them now.
I know persistent twelves are very much a British shift pattern but I love being able to come off a 12hr night and take my kids to school, or do a 12hr day and still come home to an evening of wine and shit TV.
Granted, shift work has proven to be.... lesser spectacular for one's health but whenever I go on a 9-5 course, I get to 4pm and start fancying lunch and I'm like "omg I'm nearly done yaaaasss"
Horses for courses. Either way, I hope you find enough time to rest well and be kind to yourself!
