That's why I went solo 30 years ago. I'm a grown adult, you are not going to holler at me at work because YOU're awful at your job. Go fuck yourself.
Man, I'd be a terrible employee today. 30 years of self-employment makes you either great at your job, or bankrupt, but it also teaches you to not tolerate any nonsense at work. I wouldn't be interested in contests, team-building, supporting the team, etc. Just let me do my job, I'll do it better than anyone else, and I'll go home. You don't even have to say thank you. Just stay out of my way, and let me do my job.
And you better not holler at me for ANY reason, or you just lost your best employee.
