Yep, Ukraine isn’t and hasn’t been trying to set entire refineries on fire, they’ve been targeting very specific parts of the process that are difficult to repair and take a while to do so. That’s almost impossible to show in a video or pic. Analyzing them in this way is pointless.

If you look at the video inside the article youll see that the flare is out, which is probably more revealing than the actual fire pictures.

Debatable. Infrastructure can be a legitimate target if it supplies the military. Obviously, military equipment requires fuel.
