If the man was black and the woman white with blonde hair and blue eyes, I don’t think this would hold true.

There is no denying racism has an impact on which of the tiny minority of cases are actually prosecuted, but men in general are still believed over women like 98% of the time.
Stop trying to detail the conversation.
