It'll be interesting to see how strongly this is enforced. The city has been doing a terrible job at enforcing other laws (speeding, stopping on red, texting while driving).
Ever increasingly it is to systematically strip us of our freedom. You just don't mind having morality and health decisions, that should be yours to make, legislated for you.

I'm glad this rule exists but I hope it's not strictly enforced. Its good to stop the big offenders but let small things slide
