Performance improvements for Intel ARC gpus, and other general performance improvements. I get a locked out 60 fps after the last patch already, so it'll be hard to tell if the other general improvements are noticeable on my end.
No, I have an RTX 3060, sorry, I can't speak to if the Arc GPU issue is much better yet or not, but I can say the performance on my end has improved moderately since launch

Confirmed I've had moderate performance increase since last update will check this one tonight.
