If you get it 24 hours under ripe, with a very sharp knife, an avocado should look like this. It looks very yummy, but left in the fridge or dark cupboard for 1 day more would soften it up and improve flavour. If you chuck this in a brown paper bag for 2 hours it might work out well too. Oir you count prepare salad now, for dinner ltime, sans dressing.
