This was one of the big ones I was very concerned about, with the way this court has been going it really seemed like it could go either way.

Same. I was only disappointed that it was a 6-3 ruling rather than a 7-2.

That's true, but I'll gladly take this impediment as a victory. My level of trust in this current Supreme Court, means that I'm pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Had the ruling gone the other way, it would have made the 2024 election such a absolute clown show. Although it probably still will be, only just less so.

Still need term limits and justices to be appointed by the public, but this is a refreshing piece of good news regarding the supreme court.
