Entire Bandcamp union team laid off in cuts to beloved Oakland firm

The union people, also being the people who had a sense of ownership and stewardship of Bandcamp as a cultural institution. Which is inconvenient when you’re the new owners and want to squeeze as much revenue out of it as you can.

No doubt in an attempt to remove as much of the union as possible.
